Lacking of day time because of work Will be challenging to arrange time to study new things.  online learning tool like google classroom could have save him a lot time try to attend to the location for education. He can also take night online traditional classroom-based courses as well. Open tool like Chegg could help him to have a more flexible schedule, it is asynchronous, so he can study whenever he wants, without following the class’s schedule. 
Introverted and lacking of social skills Challenging to make friend and meet new people Many tools used in online distance learning courses  like Blackboard and Zoom could avoid most of  face to face communicate, which will be easier for him to learn.  In this way, he would focus on the concept itself. In the meanwhile, traditional classroom-based courses would help him make friends, and improve his social skills. Open tool like Moodle could be helpful while he could just focusing on absorbing knowledges.  However, there will be no opportunities to interact with others and exchange ideas.

 Spending of the courses need to be considered for Jack’s case.  Online classes are more affordable than traditional education. Distributed learning could be combination of both type of classes. Open course have free access to learn. In Jack’s case, he will not need to worry the tuition. However, many of the open courses will not provide certification after completed it.
